This money is designed to push through dangerous Red Flag laws, which would allow gun confiscation without due process. That’s why I’m proud to announce that Palmetto Gun Rights has teamed up with Rep. Thomas Beach to introduce South Carolina’s first ban on Red Flag laws.
This new legislation would:

- Block any government agency from using Biden’s $2.7 million to push through these unconstitutional laws
- EXPOSE legislators who are secretly harboring anti-gun views from their constituents

Why Is This So Important?
Under Red Flag laws, the government could seize your firearms without due process, based solely on baseless accusations. Imagine being accused by a disgruntled coworker, a neighbor who disagrees with your pro-gun stance, or even an ex seeking revenge. If these laws pass, law enforcement could storm your home and confiscate your guns, leaving you to fight for them in court.
In Florida, similar laws were passed by 67 NRA A Rated “Republicans” and since then an average of FIVE gun owners a day have their homes invaded and their firearms seized. Now, South Carolina is at risk, especially with the SC Department of Public Safety accepting Biden’s $2.7 million for this purpose.
And with Speaker Murrell Smith snubbing pro-gun Reps and instead appointing radical anti-gun Democrats to chair powerful committees in Columbia, the likelihood of “Red Flag” gaining traction is higher than ever.
